Stark broadening of Ba I and Ba II spectral lines

Abstract:

Using a semiclassical approach, we have calculated electron-, proton-, and ionized helium-impact line widths and shifts for 14 Ba I and 64 Ba II multiplets for perturber densities 10- 10 cm and temperatures  K for Ba I and  K for Ba II. The results have been compared with available experimental and theoretical data.
