Hoffmann et al. 1990, 1993) for 
. For the same photometries, a
colour-coded set of maps is presented in Figs. 2 (click here)-4 (click here). As
concerns the U band, a detailed map of the galactic center region has been
given earlier (Schmidt-Kaler & Schlosser 1988).
