There are combinations $\vec{F}_{j \vphantom{'}}$ and $\vec{F}_{k \vphantom{'}}^{\dagger}$ whose product equals $\vec{Y}_{\mathbf{q}}(\xi)$, producing another type of solution for a single interferometer. Such solutions are not possible, however, for a triangle of interferometers as required for self-alignment.
