Appendix B: Line identifications and frequencies

Tables 10-18 of line identifications for each source are available in electronic form at the CDS via anonymous ftp to cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr (130.79.128.5) or via http://cdsweb.u-strasbg.fr/Abstract.html

The tables give the measured parameters of observed frequency $\nu$(obs), peak temperature $T^*_{\rm R}$ and linewidth $\Delta \nu_{1/2}$ for each line. Each independent detection of a particular line is given. The species, transition, rest frequency and upper level energy ($E_{\rm u}/k$) are given for identified lines.
