5 Conclusion

We presented a new, sophisticated instrument for multi-dimensional spectroscopy, consisting of the scanning device MISC, a Stokes-V polarimeter and a fast CCD camera. Since its first preliminary installation at the GCT in July 1995, it has been in regular use and provides a wealth of data. The handling of the data and the first results will be discussed in a forthcoming publication.
