The Franck-Condon factors and r-centroids, which are very closely related to relative vibrational transition probabilities, have been computed by the more reliable numerical integration procedure for the bands of tex2html_wrap_inline800 system of SiD, tex2html_wrap_inline802 of SiF and tex2html_wrap_inline804 system of SiN molecules of astrophysical interest, using a suitable potential.
