Arguments have been presented in Paper V for the use of enhanced mass loss rates by a factor of two over the "standard'' ones used in our other papers in this series. Such an enhancement has not been used in the present calculations. We expect that the mass loss rates driven by radiation pressure probably saturates at such a high metallicity. (Results of calculations at Z=0.10 and with enhanced mass loss rates are presented in IAU Symp. 184).
